During the 18th over, Shaheen bowled a full toss delivery outside the off-stump. Mohd Siraj looked to run two runs off of it and eventually got them; the fielder threw the ball to Shaheen but failed to collect it. As Iftikhar threw the ball wildly, the keeper could not collect it cleanly, which made Babar Azam angry.

Talking about the game, India’s batting order crumbled against Pakistan for 119 runs. Pant kept going strong but he lacked support from the other end. The PAK bowlers are getting a good amount of assistance from the surface and that resulted in India’s collapse.

Now, former Pakistani cricketer Danish Kaneria weighed in on who he thinks is the better player ahead of the much anticipated T20 World Cup encounter between the two sides. “As soon as Babar Azam scored a hundred the next day you’ll see comparisons with Virat Kohli. Virat k shoes k barabar bhi nahi hai,” Kaneria told IANS ahead of the India-Pakistan match.
